Greater Tampa REALTORS
Greater Tampa REALTORS® (GTR) is the oldest REALTOR association in the state of Florida and is the largest Tampa Bay-based professional association of real estate brokers and sales associates.
The GTR brand was in need of a complete overhaul to make it modern and relevant to its evolving consumer base. The Association was under new leadership and was about to undergo a major building renovation. GTR hired us to rebrand the association through a complete brand overhaul and three websites.
We met with GTR’s Board of Directors to get an idea of where the 100+ year Association wanted to modernize the brand. Through surveys and focus groups, we were able to identify one logo that compassed Tampa’s prime real estate: downtown waterfront. We created a new visual identity and applied it across all print materials and digital platforms. We also recommended that the Association reduce their name from “The Greater Tampa Association of REALTORS” to “The Greater Tampa REALTORS.” Once the new name and logo were approved, we began the long process of applying this brand to all visual materials.
